1. Introduction
By engaging with Nexaverse3d (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“Client”) agree to comply with and be bound by
the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any project.
2. Services
We specialize in:
- 3D Floor Plans
- 3D Elevations
- 3D Cut Sections
- Interior Designing
- 3D Walkthrough Animations
- Construction & Renovation Consultancy
Any additional service outside the agreed scope will require separate approval and charges.
3. Project Process
- Requirement Gathering – Client provides drawings, references, or
specifications.
- Quotation & Agreement – Detailed cost and timeline provided; work starts after
advance payment.
- Design & Review – Progress updates shared for client feedback.
- Final Delivery – Files handed over after full payment.
4. Payments
- Advance: Minimum 50% of the total project cost before starting work.
- Balance: 50% before final delivery.
- Payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
- Late payments may delay the delivery.
5. Revisions
- We offer 2 free revisions within the original scope of work.
- Extra revisions or changes outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete project details.
- Approve designs within the given review period.
- Ensure timely feedback to avoid delays.
7. Delivery
- Final designs will be delivered in the agreed formats (JPG, PNG, MP4, DWG, etc.).
- We are not responsible for file compatibility issues caused by outdated client software.
8. Intellectual Property
- All designs remain the property of Nexaverse3d until full payment is received.
- After payment, the client receives rights to use the design for the intended project only.
- We may showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not share project details without prior consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Construction defects due to on-site execution.
- Delays caused by incomplete information from the client.
- Losses due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
